Primarily designed to work with Adobe InDesign, our tool help the user to convert the existing Adobe InDesign documents like Form-10K automatically to EDGAR-compliant HTML, including pages and page breaks, style computations, table colorization, extra placeholders for XBRL tags placements, and several tricks with fuzzy logic to fix operator' mistakes and incorrect text flows.

The generated package contains all necessary images and PDFs, so the package is compatible with GoFiler, and user does not need to spend a weeks to convert documents into EDGAR HTML by hands. Instead, our conversion tool makes all files for the user automatically to let him make quck check, add XBRL tags (if it were not specified as InDesign tags), and then file the document to SEC.gov in hours not weeks.

Also, we've added functionality to operate with MS Word and custom HTML files as well as for Adobe' InDesign.

Now, our tool converts custom documents into compliant EDGAR HTML, and supports black-line marks, multi-file documents, bulk conversion and content integrity checks for Adobe InDesign, MS Word, and Non compliant HTMLs.

Designed as cloud service, it provides standalone client to counteract with your InDesign documents directly from your computer and your licensed copy of Adobe InDesign; once the document have marked, adjusted and exported into HTML, the converted files are transferred to our cloud to apply fuzzy logic and return back the well-formed EDGAR package for GoFiler.

Our service provides subscription for the clients and provides invoices automatiucally according to the converted documents.
